We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. $10 delivery to urban addresses, $12 to rural.

International Delivery:

We now ship to Australia & U.S.A. Australia: $20 AUD & U.S.A $25USD

RETURNS: Returns are at the expense of the customer.  Simply fill out the returns/exchange form included in your package. Send it back to us and we will do the rest. You will receive a new tracking number via email for exchanges.

On sale returns:
Items purchased 'on sale' that are not final sale items may be returned for refund or exchange. Please note: To exchange items that were purchased 'on sale', you will be required to pay postage for the exchanged items to be sent out to you. Alternatively, you are welcome to place a new order during the sale period and return the other items for a refund.  
Final sale items:
Final sale items are not able to be returned for exchange or refund. Order containing final sale items will have a stamp on the returns form. Please check this carefully before returning garments. 

Faulty Items: please email info@estherandalbie.com with pictures of fault and to discuss exchange options for faulty items. 

Exchange/returns: All return items will need to be returned within 14 business days of order arriving in original, unworn condition, in original packaging, with the tags on. This is with the exception of international orders. There will be a grace period for this due to shipping delays.
