WHY MY KIDS ARE LUCKY TO HAVE THREE MUM FIGURES

In a world where families come in all shapes and sizes, I count my blessings every day for the unique constellation of love that surrounds my children. You see, my little ones are lucky enough to have not just one, but three incredible mother figures in their lives. And without them, our family would be adrift in a sea of uncertainty.

From the moment my children entered this world, they were enveloped in a cocoon of love, care, and unwavering support. Of course, there's me — their birth mother, the one who brought them into this world with a love so fierce it could move mountains. But our family tree doesn't stop there.

Enter the bonus mums — two extraordinary women whose love knows no bounds, whose presence in our lives is nothing short of a blessing. While they may not have given birth to our children, their hearts beat in rhythm with ours, their love an integral part of our family.

Together, the three (four including their Dad he has his own day lol) We form a powerhouse team of nurturing, guiding forces, each bringing our own unique blend of love and support to the table. Whether it's bedtime stories, scraped knees, or navigating the tumultuous waters of a six year old going on 13 we are there, united in our commitment to raising happy, healthy, and resilient children.

Here's the thing about motherhood — it's a messy, beautiful, chaotic journey filled with plot twists and unexpected turns. It's okay to struggle, to stumble, to feel like you're barely keeping your head above water. Because amidst the sleepless nights and the struggles, there are moments of pure, unadulterated joy that make it all worthwhile.

So to all the soon-to-be moms out there, let me be the first to welcome you to the rollercoaster ride of motherhood. It won't always be easy, and there will be days when you'll wonder if you're cut out for this gig. But amidst the chaos and the craziness, there is an abundance of love waiting to be discovered — a love so powerful that it will carry you through even the toughest of times.

And remember, it's okay to ask for help when you need it. Whether it's from your partner, your family, or a trusted therapist, there's no shame in reaching out for support. Because in the end, it's the messy, imperfect moments that make this journey truly beautiful.
