COVID SHIPPING 

Our business is based at home and your safety is at the forefront of our minds. We are still packing orders however dispatch may take a little longer than usual. You will receive a dispatch email once your parcel has been collected. 

Returns during lockdown have been extended to 21 days and will be reassessed as things develop. If in doubt, please get in touch with info@estherandalbie.com 

New Zealand

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. $4.90 delivery to urban addresses, $7.90 to rural or FREE in New Zealand by courier if you order over $150. 

International Delivery:

We are now offering flat rate tracked shipping to Australia for $25.

RETURNS: 

Sale items: We have a no return or exchange policy clearance items listed on our 'sale' page so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty please get in touch for a solution. 

Faulty Items: please email info@estherandalbie.com with pictures of fault and to discuss exchange options for faulty items. 

Exchange/returns: All return items will need to be returned within 14 business days in original, unworn condition with the tags on. 

RETURNS PROCESS

Simply fill out the returns/exchange form included in your package. Send it back to us and we will do the rest. You will receive a new tracking number via email for exchanges.
